Fees & Insurance

Psychotherapy, such as EMDR therapy, mental health and addictions counselling, is not covered by OHIP. There is a fee for service payable at the end of each session.  Receipts will be given following each payment for reimbursement of fees by insurance and/or for income tax purposes. At this point in time we do not direct bill insurance companies for psychotherapy services. We offer competitive rates: each therapist's fee is set by the provider and takes into account education, specialized training and years of experience in the field. Rates are from $80-$210 per hour.

Some employee extended health benefits offers insurance for psychotherapy services. It is up to clients to due their due diligence to find out if they have coverage. Please note that we have therapists on our team who are either psychotherapists (RP or RP(Q)) or clinical social workers (RSW). Check with your insurance provider ahead of time to confirm your coverage.
