I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor.  I came to the Compassion Project with prior experience working in inpatient mental health and addiction treatment centres and have expertise in working with folks with BPD, Complex Trauma and PTSD.

Presently, I have a keen interest in working with folks who would like to address historical trauma and/or are in recovery from addiction.
