Are you someone who's looking for support with gender or sexuality? Are you a survivor of family violence? Or, are you looking for someone to talk to about the anxieties of everyday life? I have spent the last 10 years working with these communities in various social work, advocacy and activist settings.
I incorporate the principles of mindfulness during our time together, and I treat our therapeutic relationship as a collaborative, joint effort.
As someone who identifies as a queer femme, much of my community-based work has been alongside 2SLGBTQ+ communities. It can be really difficult to learn about who we are - in all of our vibrancy - when we feel alone, unheard, or unsafe.
I am honoured to hold space for you while you share your story. If you have any questions about my practice, please feel free to get in touch! Warmth,
