I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist. I have nearly a decade of experience working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing mental health and relationship challenges. 

I have a passion for providing support to adults navigating mental health concerns, life transitions, and parenting. I believe in the power of personal healing to support optimal wellness for self, and the next generation.

I hold a deep appreciation for resilience and the beauty of imperfection. I can be most fondly found admiring natural landscapes and the uniqueness of ‘handmade’ crafting projects.
