Safer, Confidential Psychotherapy
At The Compassion Project, we believe that sometimes it is difficult to ask for help. We also recognize that there are times when we all need help and support. Whether it's having someone safe to talk to, or help with navigating health care systems, it is our mission to be your support, to provide you with safer, confidential, psychotherapy services. We strive to provide safer services to not only you, but to your family and your loved ones, both in-person and online.
How we started
With over 20 years experience working as a crisis responder, counsellor and psychotherapist, Pauline O'Brien, Ed. D., RP, recognized the need for individuals to have a safer space within the healthcare system. Through her hard work, lived experience, dedication and compassion for others, she created The Compassion Project as a a safer space for people to receive the help and support they need.
"We can't heal the world today, but we can begin with a voice of compassion, a heart of love, an act of kindness."
